We are very passionate about moments of enjoyment. In our kitchen we live out this passion with much love for detail. The most important in our kitchen philosophy? Regionality. We rely on produce of our own farm as well as regional products of local partners and create exceptional treats.

Interested in specialities à la Grosslehen? Many of our ingredients and products come from our very own adjacent farm. This has been tradition as there has always been farming at the Grosslehen farm. Today also Scottish Highland cattle and Kunekune pigs are part of our farm. The things that not directly grow and prosper in our own place are obtained from longstanding and trustworthy partners. For us, not only the origin of the food is essential but also a responsible attitude towards animals and the environment.About the Grosslehen

We celebrate the most important meal of the day abundantly. Our rich, farm-style breakfast buffet offers everything needed for a well-balanced start into the day. Enjoy our homemade farmer’s bread. Try the local cheese, sausage and bacon specialities and grab some fresh and healthy fruit and vegetables from the region.
Also guests who do not stay at the Grosslehen are welcome to eat breakfast at our hotel. From 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. you have the opportunity to eat breakfast like you were on a holiday. Please contact us in beforehand if you would like to do so.

Let our culinary team show you the world of the traditional alpine kitchen and experience our home in the best way possible: while eating. Our menu mainly consists of traditional Tyrolian specialities. At the Grosslehen you will eat in a cosy, rustic atmosphere and will get to enjoy the merit of the special location of our house. Especially at night the restaurant offers a dreamlike view on Fieberbrunn.
Regional and seasonal products are the heart of Yvonne Pobels cuisine. Every dinner is something special and thats why Yvonne also has won many prizes: 2 Hauben Gault & Millau, a la Carte und Falstaff.
At the Grosslehen our chef is working with the Farm to Table princip, which means, that all of the products come from our farm or out of our region.
Life is too short to drink bad wine. Therefore, at our Grosslehen bar you will not only get to enjoy Austria’s finest wines but also creations of gin, rum and whiskey of the highest quality. You want to use our restaurant as the location of your next celebration? Whether the occasion is a wedding, a baptism or the celebration of a confirmation – the classy ambience of our restaurant coupled with the excellent Grosslehen cuisine will make the day unforgettable. Our restaurant offers an indoor room for up to 140 people. In good weather conditions you will also find additional space for up to 50 people on our sun terrace.
