A treat at the Farmhotel & Chalets Grosslehen
Here, our food comes straight from the farm – not from a commercial kitchen. Highland cattle from our own farm, bread and pastries from Grandma Vroni, and fish, milk and cheese from partners we know personally. Here, real people work in the kitchen and genuine produce is at the heart of every dish.

Cuisine at Grosslehen
We cook with produce from our own farm. That means we serve vegetables, herbs, milk, cheese and meat straight from our own farm and our kitchen garden.
This has also impressed the Gault & Millau Guide on several occasions.
An experience for all the senses
It’s not just the delicious dish on your plate that’s a treat for the eyes: in the panoramic restaurant, you can enjoy your meal whilst taking in a wonderful view of the natural surroundings.
A brief explanation
Meat products and sausages come straight from our farm. Fruit and vegetables are grown no more than 50 metres from the kitchen: in our kitchen garden, where you can also find herbs and vegetable beds to explore.
Fish, eggs and yoghurt come from farms in the Pillerseetal valley, whilst we source our cheese and coffee from long-standing partners, as well as organic honey from happy bees.
