Step inside our traditional solid-wood block sauna and breathe in the soothing aroma. Dry heat at 85–90°C allows your body and mind to unwind. The natural construction ensures an authentic sauna experience – intense, purifying and grounding.
A warm mist at 45–50°C envelops you, clears your airways and opens your pores. Featuring organic herbs from our garden: eucalyptus, lavender and thyme. A visit here is particularly beneficial after exercise or if you’re prone to colds. Take a deep breath.
In winter, the natural swimming pond is transformed into a source of vitality. When ice bathing, you plunge into crystal-clear water – a refreshing experience that invigorates.
Day Spa
Our Farm Spa is also open to guests who are not staying with us. We have already packed a spa bag for you, containing a bathrobe and sauna towels. Please book at least one day in advance if you wish to visit the Grosslehen Farm Spa.
