Child reductions when sharing a room with 2 full paying adults
0 - 3 years: free of charge
4 - 5 years: 70 % reduction 
6 - 12 years: 50 % reduction 
13 - 15 years: 25 % reduction 
on the normal daily rate. 

Child's bed/cot 
€ 15,- per day 

Single supplement 
+ 15 % of the normal daily rate of the room

Pets 
Your four legged family members are welcome with us, we charge an amount of money per day ( without feed). Any necessary extra cleaning requirements will be added to your invoice.  In consideration for our other guests we regret that pets are not allowed in the restaurant area. 

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 14.00 h
Departure by 11.00 h

Premature departure

In the case of a premature departure we charge 100% of our listed price.

Delayed departure

If you should wish to keep your room after 11.00 hours and this is possible we charge 50% of the daily rate.

Our cancellation policy 

Sometimes in life everything comes differently. Unfortunately! If for any reason you cannot make use of your stay at Hotel & Chalets Grosslehen, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations are only possible in writing at Hotel & Chalets Grosslehen and will be charged as follows:

 

up to 21 days before arrival: 0% or free cancellation possible

20 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50%.

from 2 days before arrival: 100%

in case of no-show or early departure: 100%.

The cancellation costs will be calculated from the total price.

Cancellation Insurance

We recommend a travel and cancellation insurance.

Method of payment

Cash, EC Card, Visa or Master card are accepted. We charge the normal bank charges for deposit payments.

Rates

Our prices are calculated according to the different room types, the duration of your stay (short stay, long stay) and different season times (holiday season, weekend, etc.). This flexible room charge system enables us to reward those guests that book early.

Our rates are per person and day and include our Grosslehen inclusive arrangement, plus the regional daily local tax (at present € 2,80 per person and day for guests as from 16 years). In the case of package deals the rates are per person and package (unless otherwise stated) plus the regional daily local tax (at present € 2,80 per person and day as from 16 years)
