A warm welcome to our little oasis! Nestled in the idyllic setting of our farm hotel lies the centrepiece of our natural relaxation experience: the natural swimming pond. Crystal-clear water, mountain views all around and a sunbathing lawn that invites you to unwind. A unique experience of nature and a place of rejuvenation where you can find peace and tranquillity.

The natural swimming pond is far more than just a swimming pool – it is a living, self-cleaning ecosystem. Across a water surface area of 250 m², you can experience the primal power of water, filtered through a natural regeneration zone featuring native aquatic plants.

A natural pond to enjoy in every season
Summer: A refreshing dip
After a long hike through the flowering alpine meadows, there’s nothing better than a dip in our cool waters. The water temperature of a pleasant 22–24°C in high summer is perfect for a long swim. You can then soak up the warming Tyrolean sun on comfortable daybeds and sun loungers on the spacious wooden decks surrounding the pond.

Winter: A magical natural setting
In winter, our natural swimming pond is transformed into a mystical natural spectacle. Whilst the surface of the water may be covered in a thin layer of ice, the pond remains a beautiful sight, framed by snow-covered fir trees and the white peaks of the Kitzbühel Alps.

The natural swimming pond is available free of charge to all guests at the Farmhotel & Chalets Grosslehen. Our chalet guests, in particular, enjoy direct access from their own chalet.
