Herbs and medicinal plants
Treasures in our farm garden can be found in the herb area with over 40 different medicinal and culinary herbs. Many of them have been used in Tyrolean folk medicine for centuries.
Kitchen herbs:

- parsley, chives, dill, coriander
- Mint, lemon balm, oregano, marjoram
Alpine medicinal herbs:
- Arnica, St John's wort, yarrow
- marigold, camomile, lavender

Grosslehen's farm garden was never just for cooking - to this day it is also a place to meet and experience. Guests are cordially invited to stroll through the beds, smell the herbs and marvel at the diversity.

Spring harvests
The first warming rays of sunshine awaken the garden from its winter slumber. Wonderful work begins: Preparing beds, sowing seeds, planting seedlings. With wild garlic, chives and parsley, spicy, flavourful herbs sprout. The scent of a new beginning fills the air.
