We are very passionate about moments of enjoyment. In our kitchen we live out this passion with much love for detail. The most important in our kitchen philosophy? Regionality. We rely on produce of our own farm as well as regional products of local partners and create exceptional treats.

Our sympatico chef Yvonne Pobel is doing her job with love, dedication and passion. She only works with seasonal and regional products - most of them are from our own farm or farms from the neighborhood. 

Yvonne has already won a lot of prizes: 2 Hauben Gault&Millau, a la Carte and Falstaff. Every dinner is something special in your gourmethotel in the alps.

Everyday fresh bread .. 

Seniorboss Veronika Geisl loves to bake. Wether delicious cakes, fresh pastries or her famous Apricot-Buchteln. However, her favorite passion is baking bread. Our guests enjoy her bread creations every evening at the Grosslehen dinner.

In its purest, most honest form, farm-to-table means because of our highland cattle breeding we are able to provide a high end quality of meat. Our farm and kitchen team are working together to enable our guests seasonal and regional dishes at the breakfast and dinner.
